The wording of the short stories in this book brings out a unique narration style to the lines, peculiar to Büyükaşık’s storytelling – partly dicult to decipher – tasking the reader with some decoding work. This way, a poetical coding is added to the plain turn of expression of the storytelling. Lastly, Erinç Büyükaşık invites us to join the traveling into the inner wolds of the people having varied roles and statuses in social life. In this way, individual and social projections in his short stories transfer fascinating reections on a common ground to the readers through their personal point of views and biographies.
